IIn our Reading classroom, I will promote an interactive and engaged learning environment filled with fun, safety, trust, respect, and rigorous reading activities. In our reading classroom, we will be taking reading to the next level, as more mature readers. In order to sharpen our reading skills, we will read from a variety of genres, study new vocabulary and word study skills, have meaningful discussions, write about our reading, collaborate in literature circles and use technology in order to engage and enable a passion for reading.
